Enter the Happiness Advantage Program. It brings the tools to change mood and mindset, to increase happiness, energy and performance, and to reconnect on a deeper level with each other.

This program focuses on the roots of happiness, positive mindset, peace of mind, self-esteem and personal growth and differentiates itself from other trainings focusing on skills.

(Following a training on how to be assertive will not have the desired results if at the core the person’s self-confidence isn’t increased. Following a training on delegating will not work if the perfectionism of the manager is not being dealt with.)

Working on ourselves, our happiness and our identity can be practical, pragmatic and result-driven. It’s fundamental to this program.

Details

  • 1-hour sessions every 2 weeks, for 1-4 months (online via Zoom) (*)

  • Voluntary participation model

  • Max 8 participants per session

  • Team member and team leader are put in different sessions

  • Homework is given to incorporate the insights into our daily lives

  • Optional 1-on-1 coaching (online via Zoom)

  • In English or Dutch

(*) One-off inspiration session also possible

About me

Once stuck in the rat-race patterns of hard work, average performance, not following my heart and going through life with an "ok" feeling, I've transformed from a busy project manager and consultant to a happy, high-performing trainer and coach.

I've always been passionate about personal development and got intrigued last years about happiness, high-performance and the link between the two.
