How can you increase happiness and performance in the workplace?

How can you avoid being trapped in inefficient and ineffective ways of working?

I have good news: I've build a program for this.

Welcome to the Happiness & Growth Program

In this program, I will take you and your team or your organization through 3 stages:

1/ First, the increase of Self-Knowledge: what triggers you? What are your fears? What gives you stress? What are your self-doubts? What are beliefs that are holding you back ? What makes you happy? You'll get answers to those questions.

And you'll increase your Self-Awareness: You'll learn to become quickly aware of your thoughts and resulting emotions and behavior, allowing you to steer and guide your thoughts to those that are helpful for you.

2/ In the second stage, I take you through a growth-process, personally and professionally.

  • I'll give you the building blocks for higher self-confidence.

  • You'll learn how to work more efficiently and effectively towards your goals.

  • You'll build up your pro-active behavior, your resilience, your self-control and your discipline-muscle

  • …to create the habits and the identity that you need to get where you want to be.

  • And you will learn how to cope with obstacles on the way (fear, stress, lack of motivation).

  • And on top of that, you'll get better in giving and receiving feedback.

This second pillar, together with the first one, will give you the tools to perform better with less tension and less effort. Doing more with less. Plus you'll create a feedback culture in your organization, one of the most significant changes an organization can go through, in my opinion.

3/ In the third stage, you will gain deeper insights in meaning, fulfillment and happiness in the workplace and your life. These insights will lift your life to a whole new level, with more moments of satisfaction, happiness and joy, giving you, your team and your organization a boost in well-being and consequently, in performance.

So 3 pillars:

  1. Taking more control of your life by increasing self-knowledge and self-awareness, by learning to steer your thoughts, emotions and behavior, and by taking full responsibility for your actions and results.

  2. Growing as a person, team and organization and tapping into more of your potential. You will be doing more with less tension and less effort.

  3. More satisfaction, joy and happiness in everything you do, boosting your well-being and performance and impacting the people around you.

This is Live. Grow. Matter.

All of this will lead to a positive company culture where respect, ownership, good leadership, collaboration, feedback and happiness will thrive, resulting in a high-performing organization.
